Refund & cancellation

Before work starts (order status "Payment confirmed" or "Under review"): full refund of the USD amount you paid, on request.
After work starts: undelivered items are refunded pro rata. Work already delivered and approved is not refundable.
No refund once an article has been published. When your press release or article is live on a publication, the order is no longer refundable.
Before publication: publisher fees already committed to a publication are refundable only if that publication declines the content and you do not accept an equivalent replacement.
Refunds are paid in the same asset and network you paid with, only to the wallet that sent the payment, after an admin verifies it. The USD value refunded is based on the USD price of the order, not on later market moves.

Do you keep admin access after handover?

No. At handover we remove our team account unless you have also bought moderation, and the handover checklist lists every admin.

Which anti-spam bot do you use?

A widely used verification/anti-spam bot that you approve before we add it. We never add bots that request your keys or funds.

What is the refund policy?
