Web3 PR terms, refund policy & disclosures

1. Who provides the service

Oddrix sells Web3 PR services directly and manages delivery, using approved publishers, agencies, influencers and contractors where needed. This is not a marketplace: your contract is with Oddrix.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD), and the USD price is the commercial price. You pay in crypto (ETH or USDT on Ethereum, SOL or USDT on Solana) using a quote that shows the exact amount, the rate source and time, and an expiry (15 minutes). Payment counts only once our server has verified the transaction on-chain with the required confirmations. Underpayments, overpayments, payments after quote expiry, wrong-network or wrong-asset payments are held for manual review; we never ask you to send a second payment automatically.

3. Sponsored placements and publisher discretion

PR packages buy sponsored placements, which publishers normally label as sponsored, press release or paid content. Publishers keep full editorial discretion: they may edit, delay or decline content. Every listed publication is a verified Oddrix partner with a signed publishing agreement; the publication list for your order is agreed before payment. We report an article as published only after we have checked its live URL.

4. Distribution limitations

Syndication is included only where a confirmed publication provides it. Audience figures are shown only when they come from a reliable, dated source and describe a publication's overall traffic, not the readership of your article.

5. Delivery windows

Each service page shows an estimated turnaround that starts once payment is confirmed and the information we need is complete. Estimates aren't guarantees; we keep you updated in your dashboard.

6. Cancellation and refunds

One-off services

• Before work starts (order status "Payment confirmed" or "Under review"): full refund of the USD amount you paid, on request.
• After work starts: undelivered items are refunded pro rata. Work already delivered and approved is not refundable.
• No refund once an article has been published. When your press release or article is live on a publication, the order is no longer refundable.
• Before publication: publisher fees already committed to a publication are refundable only if that publication declines the content and you do not accept an equivalent replacement.
• Refunds are paid in the same asset and network you paid with, only to the wallet that sent the payment, after an admin verifies it. The USD value refunded is based on the USD price of the order, not on later market moves.

Monthly services

• Monthly services do not renew automatically. Each month is quoted and paid separately in crypto.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
• If Oddrix does not provide the agreed coverage in a paid month, the shortfall is refunded pro rata.
• Refunds are paid in the same asset and network you paid with, only to the wallet that sent the payment, after an admin verifies it.

Consumers in the UK may have additional statutory rights (for example under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013); nothing in these terms limits them.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, lawful content and the information listed on each service page.
• Hold the rights to logos, images and text you send us.
• Make sure your project, token and communications comply with the laws of the markets you target, including financial-promotion rules (in the UK, the FCA regime for crypto-asset promotions).
• Respond to questions so we can deliver on time.

8. What we will not do

We do not guarantee token price increases, investment returns, exchange listings, investor acquisition, trading volume, search rankings or publication on any outlet that is not contractually confirmed. We refuse scams, projects that cannot verify basic facts, misleading investment claims, fake engagement, bots, bought members and spam link schemes.

9. Risk disclosure

Crypto-assets are high risk and largely unregulated in the UK; you are unlikely to be protected if something goes wrong. Marketing services do not change the risk of any token. Nothing on this site is investment advice.

10. Privacy

We collect only what we need to deliver your order: project details, contact email, Telegram username, uploaded files and your wallet address. Files are stored privately and are visible only to you and Oddrix staff. See the privacy policy.

11. Security

Oddrix never asks for seed phrases, private keys or token approvals. Payment is a direct transfer from your wallet or exchange account to the Oddrix address in your quote. Refunds go only to the address that paid.
