Yes. Moderation covers your group 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The scope is confirmed in writing in your order summary before payment.
Does it renew automatically?
No. Each month is quoted and paid separately.
What is the refund policy?
Monthly services do not renew automatically. Each month is quoted and paid separately in crypto. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. If Oddrix does not provide the agreed coverage in a paid month, the shortfall is refunded pro rata. Refunds are paid in the same asset and network you paid with, only to the wallet that sent the payment, after an admin verifies it.
