Frequently asked questions
Which publications will my release appear on?
Every publication in our directory is a verified Oddrix partner with a signed publishing agreement. Before you pay, we send you the exact list of publications for your campaign, with each one's placement type and disclosure. Each publisher still reviews the content against its own editorial guidelines.
Will the article be labelled as sponsored?
Usually, yes. Most crypto publications label paid press releases as "sponsored", "press release" or "paid content". We show the expected label for each publication before you pay, and we do not hide it.
Can a publication refuse my release?
Yes. Publishers keep full editorial discretion and can decline or ask for changes, especially for unverifiable claims, anonymous teams or investment language. If a publication declines before publication and you do not accept an equivalent replacement, that placement is refunded.
How do I know it was published?
Every published article is listed in your Web3 PR dashboard with its live URL once our team has checked that the link works and shows your release. We never mark something as published without a verified URL.
What is the refund policy?
Before work starts (order status "Payment confirmed" or "Under review"): full refund of the USD amount you paid, on request. After work starts: undelivered items are refunded pro rata. Work already delivered and approved is not refundable. No refund once an article has been published. When your press release or article is live on a publication, the order is no longer refundable. Before publication: publisher fees already committed to a publication are refundable only if that publication declines the content and you do not accept an equivalent replacement. Refunds are paid in the same asset and network you paid with, only to the wallet that sent the payment, after an admin verifies it. The USD value refunded is based on the USD price of the order, not on later market moves.
