$ODD Presale Terms

1. What you get

For each 1 ETH credited you are allocated 1,000,000 $ODD (flat rate, no bonus tiers). $ODD tokens do not exist yet. Allocations are delivered by a manual airdrop to the wallet that sent the ETH, after the token is launched.

2. How to contribute

Send ETH on Ethereum mainnet from a wallet you control (a browser wallet such as MetaMask or Rabby) using the button on the presale page. Do not send from an exchange account, a smart-contract wallet that forwards funds internally, or any other network: such transfers may not be detected and may not be recoverable. Gas fees are separate and paid by you.

3. Limits

Minimum 0.1 ETH per contribution. Maximum 5 ETH in total per wallet. Only the portion within the cap is credited.

4. Verification

A contribution counts only after the transaction is confirmed on Ethereum mainnet, succeeded, and was sent to the official presale wallet while the presale was open. Oddrix records the transaction hash, sender, amount and time.

5. Duration

The presale is expected to end in 2027 and can be closed at any time by Oddrix. ETH sent after closing is refunded under section 6.

6. Refunds

• Full ETH refund (minus gas) to the sending wallet if the presale is cancelled, or if $ODD is not launched and airdropped by 31 December 2027.
• Amounts above the 5 ETH per-wallet cap, below the 0.1 ETH minimum, or sent while the presale is closed are refunded.
• Otherwise, confirmed contributions are non-refundable.
• Refunds are made manually by an Oddrix admin to the sending wallet, and every refund transaction hash is recorded.

7. Eligibility

You must be of legal age and allowed to take part under the laws where you live. You must not take part if you are subject to sanctions or if your local law prohibits buying crypto-assets in a presale. You are responsible for any taxes.

8. Risks

Crypto-assets are high risk. There are no guaranteed returns. $ODD may never launch, may launch late, and may have no market value or liquidity. Smart-contract, network and regulatory risks apply. In the UK, crypto-assets are largely unregulated and you are unlikely to have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or FSCS protection. Read the risk disclaimer and the $ODD disclaimer.

9. No other rights

A contribution does not give shares, ownership, profit share, interest, dividends, governance rights over Oddrix or any claim on Oddrix revenue.

10. Scams

The only valid presale wallet is the one shown on oddrix.fun/presale/. Oddrix will never DM you with a different address or ask for your seed phrase.
